The Tillmann practice is located within the T17 practices, an interdisciplinary medical community on the 3rd floor of Theaterstr. 17, 52062 Aachen. There is an elevator in the building. You can access it from the front via Theaterstrasse or from the back via Wirichsbongardstrasse, which is at ground level, in case you have a stroller or need assistance. The nearest parking garage is Galeria Kaufhof, located directly on Wirichsbongardstrasse.
Important Information:
- Please cancel appointments in a timely manner so that we can allocate the slot to someone else, and kindly arrive punctually for your own benefit. The practice is efficiently organized to minimize waiting times.
- Call or email to make an appointment before any treatment/advice, even in urgent cases. Tel.: 0241-27911
- In case of urgent emergencies outside office hours, you can reach me on my mobile at 0160-8201282.
- Missed appointments will be invoiced.
Appointments & Office Hours:
The reception of the T17 practices is staffed daily from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, until 2:00 pm on Wednesdays, and until 1:00 pm on Fridays.
Scheduled consultation & treatment times in the practice:
Monday: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Tuesday: 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Wednesday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Thursday: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
(Once per month and by appointment)

Please bring the following items with you:
Insurance card or documents
If available:
- Referral form
- Vaccination record
- Maternity record (Mutterpass)
- Yellow child health record (gelbes U-Heft, only for children)
Prescription Orders:
- You can order prescriptions daily via email or phone.
- If you order before 12:00 pm, the prescription will be available for pickup in the afternoon, until 5:00 pm at the latest (until 2:00 pm on Fridays).
- If you order after 12:00 pm, the prescription can be picked up from 8:00 am the next day.
